Born and raised in Washington DC, Tisa moved to Vail in 1979. Tisa worked as a ski instructor and a bartender until the birth of her first son in 1984. In 1989, with three young sons, Tisa earned her real estate license. Working first at Cordillera, she joined Vail Associates Real Estate in Beaver Creek in 1992. VARE merged with Slifer Smith & Frampton in 1994 and Tisa stayed on to become Branch Broker with the new company, Slifer Smith & Frampton/Vail Associates Real Estate. Tisa earned her GRI (Graduate Realtor Institute) in 2006 and spends numerous hours each year in classes staying abreast of new technology, marketing and Colorado Real Estate law to better assist her clients.

As a 28 year resident with over 18 years as a broker in the valley, Tisa has the insight, experience and knowledge to professionally assist buyers and sellers. Specializing in the needs of the vacation homeowner, Tisa works diligently to insure needs of Buyers and Sellers are fulfilled.

As a single mother of three sons, all of whom are in college, and a full time broker, Tisa finds life very busy and gratifying. In the past 22 months, she has traveled to Norway, home of her ancestors, Sweden, Ireland, Italy, the UK and Iceland.
