Originally a Washington DC native, Tisa has fallen in love with the Colorado mountains and its lifestyle. As a 30 year resident with over 20 years as a broker in the valley, Tisa has the insight, experience and knowledge to professionally assist her clients. Specializing in the needs of the vacation homeowner, Tisa works diligently to insure the needs of Buyers and Sellers are fulfilled.
Born and raised in Washington DC, Tisa moved to Vail in 1979. Tisa worked as a ski instructor and a bartender until the birth of her first son in 1984. In 1989, Tisa earned her real estate license. Working first at Cordillera, she joined Vail Associates Real Estate in Beaver Creek in 1992. VARE merged with Slifer Smith & Frampton in 1994 and Tisa stayed on to become Branch Broker with the new company, Slifer Smith & Frampton/Vail Associates Real Estate. As a single mother of three sons, one living here in Vail, one attending law school in Portland Oregon, and the youngest a senior at Arizona State, Tisa finds life very busy and gratifying.
